Well there’s only 2 things that are coming to my mind right now:-

Relief for Sanjay Dutt
Sanjay Dutt,the Munnabhai was finally acquitted of any conspiracy and any attempts to create terror.He was convicted in the arms act though for illegal possession of guns.His bail was extended till December 19th.It may be recalled that he’s already spent 18 months in jail.The whole film fraternity is happy and relieved.He still has atleast 4 films in the making.Priya Dutt,his sister has been on many news channels recently saying that Sanju is happy that the terrorist tag is finally off his head and he can live as a respectable citizen now.Perhaps his dad Late Sunil Dutt is looking from heavens and is happy that the name of the family is clean again.It has taken a long time though.Sanjay Dutt has always been controversial whether it be his dialogues in films or his linking to terrorists like Abu Salem and Dawood Ibrahim.He has portrayed characters of gangsters a number of times but he’s been a good gangster recently and with Munnabhai M.B.B.S. and Lage Raho..Munnabhai,he’s become everyone’s favorite truth speaking lovable “Bhai”.He has also been critically acclaimed for his role in the movie “Zinda” with John Abraham.

India loses One Day Series 3-0
India has suffered it’s most shameful series defeat in a long time.We lost to South Africa 3-0 in a a horrendous display with the bat and the ball.South Africa thrashed us in all the three matches scoring above 200 runs and India never managing anything near it.Only Mahendra Singh Dhoni seems to be doing something.Everyone else just failed in front of the South African bowling lineup.The Indian bowling was just as dismal as the batting with Agarkar being smashed all over the field.Our coach,Greg Chappel seems to be doing everything wrong and is earning a lot of criticism back home.

It’s the test series up now and latest news is that Sourav Chandidas Ganguly a.k.a. Bengal Tiger a.k.a. Dada is coming back to the test squad.It’s his best opportunity to prove himself and get back his permanent place in the team after being humiliated out of the captaincy and the team.Rahul Dravid will be the captain and VVS Laxman will be the vice captain.Let’s just hope India manages to do something so we can atleast hope they’ll go somewhere in the World Cup 2007.Otherwise,it wouldn’t be a big shock if we lose to a team like Bangladesh.Hoo Haa India,Aaya India!
